2. Purpose of the site
The site presents the practice. It is not an online shop: no services or products can be bought through it, no payments are processed and no appointments can be booked online.

3. The site is not veterinary advice
The content is informational. It does not replace a veterinary consultation. Diagnosis and treatment are determined only by the veterinarian, after examining the animal.
If your animal has an emergency, call — do not rely on a web page.
4. Prices
The site publishes no price list. Pricing depends on the case and is given on the phone before the visit. Any figure discussed by phone is an estimate; the final cost is set after the animal is examined and is communicated before any procedure is carried out.
5. Intellectual property
The text, structure and graphic elements of the site belong to HILFE VET 2009 SRL or are used with the rights holders' permission. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
6. Liability
We work to keep the information correct and current, but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. The opening hours shown may change; confirm by phone before travelling.
We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the site for technical reasons.
